Life Lately ♡

February, 2017.

February has been pretty busy. I didn’t expect second semester to be so busy but this 2nd semester project we’ve got is taking a lot of time. And on top of the we’ve got three classes which all require loads of preparation. It’s really interesting though so I don’t mind, but I think the work load just surprised me. I’ve also started on some personal projects lately, so there’s a lot of stuff going on at the same time. Anyway, I had a really good month with loads of good food and company too. A new flower/plant shop also opened in the neighborhood and I ended up buying a few tiny plants. It also (finally) started snowing in Denmark this month. I also went to watch Passengers with Katrina at the cinema, and Matt was of course here too <3 Matt and I also went to IKEA with my dad, Annette and Sarah and had dinner at MAX Hamburger.  So even though it was a busy month it was also a really good month.

Dinner and movies with DJ <3

Five Awesome Action Movies

A good action movie is always a good idea. At least if you ask me! These five (pretty recent) movies are some of my favorites in the action category. I’ve seen most of them in the Cinema when they came out, and another one on Netflix. And I felt like recommending some of them in case you perhaps haven’t seen one of them, or just don’t know what to watch tonight etc. I could recommend a lot more action movies, and I’m sure I will in the future, but I’m gonna start off with these five.

One of the reasons I think action movies are ‘always a good idea’, is that you’ll always be entertained. There usually aren’t any dull moments (depending on the director, screenwriters and actors of course)… But generally speaking action movies tend to have… Action (duh)! And loads of it. One of my favorite older action movie is Die Hard – what a classic. But these newer ones sure do know how to pack a punch too. Do share your opinion about them if you’ve watched them or perhaps want to watch them.

LIFE LATELY ♡

January, 2017.

First month of the year is already over, and for me this means that my second semester of the master’s degree has begun. In January I didn’t do much a part from studying for exams (and doing exams). I had three exams in January… So it was a very busy month on that front. I also had a family emergency which hit me a bit hard – but everything is much better now and is going the right way. Sorry for being cryptic, but out of respect for that family member i’m keeping it private for now. All I can say is it was a tough start of the year and I’m glad it didn’t end up worse. ANYYYYYWAY, I did do a couple of cozy things in January such as meeting family and friends for lunch. I also met one of my besties, Peter, for a goodbye (or more a so-long) coffee as he is going to the states for six months! I’m so excited for him 😀  Here’s a few photos from my rather quiet January (and lets be honest its mostly pictures of food);

Made dinner for Maiken and myself; Noodles with veggies and chicken breast

Top 3 Animated Movies Of 2016

Last year offered quite a few good animated movies. I managed to watch Storks, Trolls, Moana, Zootopia, Finding Dory, The Angry Birds Movie, Sausage Party, Pete’s Dragon (I guess it’s 50% animation) and The Secret Life of Pets. So as you can see I managed to watch quite a few animated movies in 2016, I didn’t get around to watch “Kubo” which is still very much on my watch-list. Perhaps I can watch it later this year at some point.

Monday Mumbles

♥ 01. Good morning 🙂 This is the year’s first Monday Mumbles. I’ve been busy with all my exams this January so I haven’t really had time to sit down and write that many posts. Alas’ I am through the exams and I finally have time to write again. I’ve gotten the results for most of my exams a part from one. I have passed all and I’m of course hoping I’ll pass the last one too. Would be nice if CBS would be a bit faster with the results…
