M a l i b u

Okay so I haven’t been the biggest fan of Miley Cyrus’ last songs (or her crazy twerking years). But this song, Malibu, is really cute. I really like it. And I also like that it’s a love song she wrote for Liam, how sweet is that? It’s definitely a catchy tune at least and it’s now on my current playlist.

LIFE LATELY ♡

April, 2017.

Oh April you were wonderful. At Easter I went to England to spend time with Matt and his family. It was a great vacation and I get wait to get back there. It was also the month I finally got my hands on some products from ‘The Ordinary’, which is an inexpensive skincare brand from Canada I believe? I had dinner dates at my place with Maiken. And my group at uni and I finally got to do interviews for our project. The interview was right next to Amalienborg (the queen’s castle – photos below). I also went to the fish monger quite a few times this month as I try to eat more fish.

Dindins with Bae

The other day one of my best friends Maiken, who I call Bae, invited me for dinner ? I hadn’t seen her for a couple a weeks, so it was really nice to see her again. We had a good ol’ catch up and some juicy burgers. Maiken and I met at uni four years ago when we both enrolled in the same programme. She is such a wonderful person and I feel lucky to have her in my life. Anyway, we went to Cafe Vivaldi on Frederiksberg. It’s the first time I’ve visited that café, I mean, I’ve been to some of their other locations before, but first time here. It’s very cozy, and I can safely recommend it. It’s also very price friendly, which is always good ?

Quick lunch at Wagamama Frederiksberg

A few years ago my dad introduced me to Wagamama. The very first time I tried it I wasn’t impressed, I mean it was alright and such but I wasn’t sold yet. Then I went back with him and my sister again, and then another time and suddenly I really liked it 😅 Fast forward a few years and we’re in 2017 – now.

Near my university in Frederiksberg there happens to be a Wagamama. In fact there are only two Wagamama’s in Denmark, and they’re both in Copenhagen. One is in Tivoli and the other, as just mentioned, in Frederiksberg. The other day one of my lectures were cancelled, so instead of just going back home I decided to take myself out for lunch.

Game Of Thrones Event

Matt and I went to this HBO Nordic Game Of Thrones event yesterday in Øksnehallen in Copenhagen. It was pure coincedental that we found out there was this event. After visiting the exhibition we went to the nearyb Kødbyen to have lunch and then went to Cinemaxx for a movie.

Have A Great Weekend

This weekend I will be working on our group project that is due NEXT WEEKEND!!! We’ve still got loads to do so it’s safe to say we’re all a little stressed. It took us a while to get started as we were dead certain we could work with one company, but that didn’t happen and then we searched high and low for a company, which took time. Anyway, we will of course make it and I think it’ll turn out well. Here are this week’s links (which this time around are filled with some of my favorite links to be honest):
