• A Little Piece Of Italy

A few weeks ago my boyfriend and I went to an Italian Restaurant named Taormina. I used to eat there quite frequently as a kid because it was just around the corner from where I used to live. They always had the best to-die-for garlic bread and I wondered if they would still have em’. I didn’t get disappointed but it wasn’t the same great garlic bread. They had changed it up and made it more “modern” and added a few extra things to it. It was very delicious. The pasta was still amazing though and we will definitely come back again. We both had garlic bread as a starter but I went for the classic Spaghetti Carbonara whereas he got Gamberoni alla Siciliana as the main course. For dessert I had my favorite Italian dessert Tiramisu. And it was SO good! He had a piece of plum pie with whipped cream which was good as well but it ain’t no Tiramisu!

  • I’m Not Mexican.

But boy do I love Mexican food! My boyfriend and I were in Roskilde the other day and we decided to stop by a cute Mexican restaurant, named Gringos, I’d been at with my father once many years ago. I loved the food and so did he. He’s actually pretty insane because he will eat a whole jar of jalapenos or chilies without sweating. I on the other hand would pass out if I did that. Anyway, the food was brilliant. So if you ever come by Roskilde and like Mexican food I’d definitely recommend it.

  • How I Spent My Birthday ♡

In the past, when I lived at home, I was usually woken up by my mom singing the Danish Birthday song and serving some delicious breakfast. This year was different. Well, last year was too since I didn’t live at home either but last year I was lucky enough for my Birthday to fall on a Sunday so I had my family over. This year it was a Tuesday. My boyfriend was so excited to give me his present that a few minutes past midnight he asked me if I wanted his present now. I couldn’t really decide if I wanted to open it now or later. But I could see he was nervous if he had gotten me the right thing. So I decided to open it. I actually opened it in bed and boy was it perfect! He had bought me some beautiful white gold earrings from Kenzo. I didn’t even know Kenzo made jewelry, did you? Maybe I’ve just been living under a rock or something.

For lunch  we went to a café in downtown Copenhagen called “Norden”. I’ve been there many times over the years because I love love love their lunch menu. My lovely man had a burger and I had brunch. It was extremely delicious! { hopefully you can tell from the photos}. After lunch I dragged him to the Disney store cause’ I really wanted some scented candles. {My favorite candle is from the Disney store} And as amazing as he is he willingly went into the store with me and I ended up getting some strange but so very cute nail polishes as well.

For dinner he had reserved a table for us at MASH. For you who do not know what MASH is then let me explain. MASH is a very well known steak house here in Denmark and it is a tad pricey. But my god their food is amazing and so is their service. You certainly get what you pay for. Eating their steak is close to a tiny slice of heaven. I also love their “Creamy Spinach” :3  I always end up ordering that. Our plan was to eat dessert as well but we were simply too full after the appetizer and main course. I had a wonderful Birthday and I feel so lucky to have such a good man in my life.

  • Happy Twenty-Three Me.

Today is {or was since there’s officially only 30 mins left of the day} my Birthday.
My boyfriend took me to a great steakhouse. I am full.
I’ll be posting more tomorrow. Sleepy time soon.

  • My dad’s 45th Birthday

Last Saturday my daddy turned 45! Yay happy Birthday to him. We went to eat at a really nice Thai restaurant where I had some sushi and the others had some soup and some rice thingy { honestly not sure what the others ate } oh and I ordered some beans for my sister and I because they taste so good :D  As a gift I gave him “Two for golf” so he and I are going to go play golf some day when he wants to. It’ll be fun I’m sure

  • Two days ago

I sat at a Spanish written exam for four hours with a fever might I add. I have no clue how it went, I think it went bad lol but I won’t really know till’ the end of June. I met my father afterwards and we went to get me a new hard drive, (for my computer), since the one I had was making the weirdest noises  o.O  We also stopped by an organic store. Now if I wasn’t a student I would buy soooo many things from there but organic food etc is fairly expensive! At least where I live. But my sweet father told me to get what I wanted and I gladly obliged! Later I got him to read through the work I’d written for the exam and he laughed at me :<  hahaha SO MEAN!!!! But he said that 65% of it was correct and the rest sorta full with grammatical errors… But at least he understood it all :P  We ended the day with some good food from a Chinese restaurant. I hope your Thursday was good too :)

It was supposed to rain… But did it? No  -.- waste of rain boots!

Favorite tea and some other great yummy things! (From the organic store)

I was trying to take a picture of my daddy (who btw looks a little grumpy here) but then as I took it I realized the little kid in the back was posing for me LOL!!!

  • Oh what a beautiful day

As some might have figured out by now, I am very close with my family. And today I went to lunch with my grandmother. God… the food was like sex on a plate!!! Maybe I was just really hungry and imagining how good it was? Nahhhh it was really good, there was a lot of taste in it and Café Norden is known for their good food (which is also somewhat pricey but definitely worth it). If anyone needs to have some lunch and are in Cph, you should stop by there!

    My sweet grandmother ♥

….oh I get hungry by looking at it again x(  GIVE ME MORE NOW!

My grandmothers plate. The thing in the middle is salmon.. I looooved it!

We went to 42 RAW to get a juice for dessert!
